NIGHTTIME CBD is meant to be used at nighttime, before bed. It’s easy to incorporate into your daily routine. Take 0.5 to 1.0 mL (½ to 1 dropper full) once daily, 15 to 30 minutes before bedtime. For those with severe (clinical) sleep issues, you can take as many as 2-3 full droppers (2.0 to 3.0 mL) before bed. For sublingual or buccal absorption, place oil under your tongue or in between your gums and cheek and hold for 30 seconds and then swallow.
